The Bubble Head Clear Edge Silicone Diffusion is a flexible, channel-mounted cover designed to replicate the smooth, continuous glow of traditional neon tubes and modern LED Neoflex reels. Featuring a circular “bubble head” profile, this diffusion enhances the visual impact of LED tape by eliminating visible diode points and delivering a bold, uniform line of light.
With its clear edge finish and distinctive circular head design, the Bubble Head model is ideal for signage, themed attractions, architectural accents, and immersive display features where a vibrant neon-like appearance is desired. Its low-profile body and flexible silicone construction allow for easy integration into a wide range of installations.
Each profile includes integrated side “teeth” that lock securely into compatible channels, ensuring a clean fit and long-term stability. The Bubble Head diffusion is compatible with most LED tape types (excluding COB LED tape, which already includes built-in diffusion) and can be supplied in pre-cut lengths to support both small-scale and large custom projects.
