Over the Top (OTT) Silicone Diffusion is a flexible, dual-layer silicone cover designed to sit directly within a channel, creating a seamless, continuous bead of light over any compatible LED tape. By eliminating visible diode points, OTT enhances visual uniformity, making it ideal for applications where clean, uninterrupted lighting is essential, such as signage, architectural lines, or custom display features.
Available in a variety of widths, depths, and edge finishes—including clear, black, white, and rounded profiles, OTT offers design flexibility while maintaining a discreet, low-profile appearance. Each configuration features integrated “teeth” along the profile of the diffusion to create a tight seal inside of its channel, while 3-5MM (depending on diffusion size) fins on the forwarding facing surface cover the mounting surface for a finished look.
Compatible with nearly all LED tape products, OTT is not recommended for use with COB LED tape due to its already integrated diffusion. Rolls are available in pre-cut lengths to suit large-scale or custom installations.
